International Outreach Program for middle managers from the Malaysian federal and state governments had been co-organized by the Centre for Innovation and Productivity in Public Administration, Universiti Sains Malaysia and Japan-Malaysia Association on 16-18 October 2023 in Tokyo as part of the Look East Policy.

33 participants from Malaysia attended training programs to learn about Japan’s experience in administrative reform and organizational management.

On 18 October, closing ceremony was held at the International Conference Hall of the House of Representatives in attendance with Mr. Keiji Furuya, Chairman of JMA and Ms. Haruko Arimura, Vice Chairperson of JMA.
