Kinoshita Group Receives Medal with Dark Blue Ribbon

Kinoshita Group Co., Ltd. has been a generous supporter of the Japan Malaysia Association (JMA), a public interest incorporated association, since 2007 — making it the first private company to provide us with financial support. In recognition of contributions that now meet the criteria for Japan’s Medal with Dark Blue Ribbon, JMA nominated Kinoshita Group for the award.
In Sarawak, Malaysia, Kinoshita Group has been running the “Kinoshita Forest Youth Training Program” at Apen National Park and nearby schools. In Kedah, Malaysia, and Penang, Malaysia, the company has been conducting the “Kinoshita Forest Mangrove Restoration Project” at the Mulbok Protection Forest and the Sungai Ache Protection Forest, respectively.
At JMA’s “New Year Gathering” held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, a formal presentation ceremony for the Medal with Dark Blue Ribbon was held. JMA Vice President Haruko Arimura presented the accompanying citation to Chihiro Wadano, Director and Head of Public Relations at Kinoshita Group Co., Ltd.
